Terms and Conditions of Sale & Delivery
There are two ways to place an order:
Prices
Prices are given in Euros, inclusive of all taxes, and are valid only on the date the order is validated.
By bank transfer at the time of ordering - our IBAN details will be sent to you by return.
If you are absent at the delivery address, a delivery notice will be left in your letterbox. It is then your responsibility to contact the carrier to arrange a new appointment.
On receipt of the parcel, before signing the delivery note, immediately check the condition of the parcel in front of the delivery person (packaging and contents).
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received. However, we advise the purchaser to safeguard any recourse against the carrier by having any anomaly noted at the time of delivery.
In the event of faulty delivery or products that do not correspond to your order, please inform us by e-mail or post on the day of delivery or within two working days of delivery at the latest. After this time, your complaint will no longer be taken into account. For any claim made within the time limit, a new delivery will be made by us.
Shipping and return costs will be reimbursed in the event of an error on our part. However, the amount reimbursed for return shipping costs may not exceed the amount of the shipping costs invoiced. Any product whose original packaging has been opened or damaged will not be reimbursed.

This contract is governed by French law. We cannot be held responsible for damages of any kind, whether material, immaterial or physical, which may result from the malfunction or misuse of the products marketed. The same applies to any product modifications resulting from manufacturers. In any event, our liability shall be limited to the amount of the order, and we shall not be held liable for simple errors or omissions which may have occurred despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products. In the event of difficulties in the application of the present contract, the purchaser has the possibility, before taking any legal action, of seeking an amicable solution, notably with the help of: a professional association in the sector, a consumer association or any other advisor of his choice. Please note that seeking an amicable solution does not interrupt the “short period” of the legal warranty, nor the duration of the contractual warranty. As a general rule, and subject to the discretion of the courts, compliance with the provisions of this contract relating to the contractual warranty assumes that the buyer honors his financial commitments to the seller. Complaints or disputes will always be received with attentive benevolence, good faith always being presumed in those who take the trouble to explain their situations. In the event of a dispute, the customer should first contact the company for an amicable solution. Failing this, the Commercial Court of Vienne (Isère) shall have sole jurisdiction, irrespective of the place of delivery and method of payment accepted.
